Dive Locker & Laboratory Installation
The Client’s Request:
Full dive locker with laboratory facilities. Nitrox Solutions and Moondog Dive Outfitters also installed an air/nitrox/oxygen system with cascade storage.
What Was Involved:
A remote install in Europe with a full dive locker, laboratory set-up, air ride island and custom equipment incorporated in the design build. Power points, lighting, remote air positions and water positions were provided by A&R Marine with assistance of the yard. All wet cabinets have drying systems installed.

Storage Area in a Tender Bay
The Client’s Request:
Replace tender garage with large storage area and incorporate a cascade storage system with remote fill positions for the auto compressor.
What Was Involved:
A remote location fabrication install. All system pieces were delivered and installed in Seattle, Washington.

Dive Locker Furniture Fabrication #1
The Client’s Request: To build a dive locker in an existing space to show off the lazarette when in port and serve as an owner’s beach area when on site. A clean look was requested with lighted storage to show off the equipment. Wet equipment storage was desired, as well as a shower/head in the area.
What Was Involved: A list of equipment was required to space out the proper cabinet measurements. Andre needed to cover several areas of components for the gangway, yet still allow for serviceability of the equipment. Access to the forward section of the lazarette where machinery was located needed to be added but not made visible in the space. The addition of a dive fill station for the compressor system and bank bottles was required in the upper cabinets as well. All cabinets containing BCD’s, PFD’s and wetsuits needed to have drip trays and drains for wet gear storage after dive operations.

Dive Locker Furniture Fabrication #2
The Client’s Request:
To build areas for tool storage, part storage, create counter top work areas and provide coverage for fixed and existing equipment on vessel. The ability to easily maneuver in compartment and to conveniently service all covered equipment was also stressed by the client.
What Was Involved:
It was necessary for A&R Marine to cover existing fixed pumps and components while adding work counter space, still allowing for ease of serviceability. Deep drawer space was required for power tools and large boxes.

Custom Dive Locker/Laboratory with Water-Cooled Nitrox System & Storage
The Client’s Request:
A laboratory work station with gear storage everywhere possible. Requested storage for Sea Bobs, seating area and storage/sing cabinet with several separate cabinets and gear storage areas
What Was Involved:
A complete build of a system and the storage requested by ownership to accommodate studies by students on board. System included a lab table, Aquarium and 12 diver storage and fill system. The Nitrox system was water cooled and a remote cascade fill panel was installed inside an A&R Marine upper cabinet. The lab table doubled as SEABOB pull out storage, gear storage and pull out tank storage. Every space available was filled with storage furniture as requested by the owner.

Air-Cooled NS750 with A&R Marine Cabinetry & Base Fabrication
The Client’s Request:
A fully automatic and continuous duty cascade system with the ability to upgrade to Nitrox in the future. Dive gear and water sport storage
What Was Involved:
Build a system that could be upgraded in the future to Nitrox and utilize all available space for storage. A three-bottle cascade system was added and the cascade panel was integrated into the frame of the compressor to save space

Nitrox Solutions Redundant High Pressure Water-Cooled Nitrox System
The Client’s Request:
A custom Nitrox system with re-Dunant HP compressors, storage, air for firefighting bottles and remote fill capabilities. System was built in old Sauna position. Custom paint was requested.
What Was Involved:
Due to the restricted space available to load the equipment Nitrox Solutions built the system in modules to allow for an easier load of the equipment. A&R Marine supplied the fabrication of the Cascade mounts and the base for the system
